Products that have been used, opened, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for return or refund.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our business, the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

• Opened adhesive or glue containers.

• Products damaged due to improper handling or storage.

• Custom or bulk orders made specifically for a client’s requirements.

3. Refund Process

If your return is approved:

• Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item.

• Refunds will be issued via the original payment method or any other agreed mode.

• Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

4. Replacement Policy

If you receive a defective or incorrect item, we will offer a replacement instead of a refund whenever possible.

5. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled before dispatch only.
